They've posted a note on the Facebook page saying, "Rock Werchter [in Belgium] is about to announce that Blur will headline next July. We're excited. [We] hope to travel in 2013 to play to more of our lovely fans who we haven't seen for a while. Don't know where yet -- we'll tell as soon as we do."
Keep your fingers crossed -- it's been nine years since Damon Albarn and company have played here.

Tankian is debuting his first full symphony, Orca, with the Das Karussell Orchestra in Linz, Austria on October 28th, and he wants to document the event. He's looking to raise $25,000 by October 26th to pay for the cost of recording the whole orchestra.
Tankian hopes to release the recording next June.

The soundtrack is due out November 13th, with the final film in the Twilight saga in theaters November 16th.

Onetime Hollywood Undead singer Aron "Deuce" Erlichman has filed suit against his former bandmates Dylan "FunnyMan" Alvarez and Jorel "J-Dog" Decker for assault and battery.
Onetime HollywoodUndead singer Aron "Deuce" Erlichman has filed suit against his former bandmates Dylan "FunnyMan" Alvarez and Jorel "J-Dog" Decker for assault and battery. The action stems from a May 25th incident outside the Hollywood nightclub Angels and Kings in which the two allegedly punched, kicked and stomped on Deuce and a friend of his, causing both what they describe as permanent damage.
PAPA ROACH: Old Drummer Has New Band
Ex-Papa Roach drummer Dave Buckner has a new band with ex-Rockstar: Supernova singer Lukas Rossi and ex-Evanescence guitarist Ben Moody.
Papa Roachlet their original drummer Dave Buckner go in 2007. At the time Buckner -- who was married to Steven Tyler's daughter Mia for three years -- was dealing with substance abuse issues. He later sued the band, though they settled out of court. Singer Jacoby Shaddix tells us that he's kept in touch with Buckner and that he's currently "doing real good" and has a new band.
They're called The Halo Method and they also feature Rock Star: Supernova singer Lukas Rossi and former Evanescence guitarist Ben Moody. They're gearing up to release an EP and are playing the ShipRocked cruise, which leaves from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, November 27th.
